Concerns in Europe

The nations of Europe face challenges with Islam that are very difficult to solve. A leader who has insight with each nation submitted this article, sharing some issues of concern.

GERMANY

Reporting in a German newspaper, Welt am Sonntagzoom, revealed that Germany saw a 13% rise in anti-Semitic crimes over the past year. Mounting evidence suggests that anti-Semitic acts (hostility toward or discrimination against Jews) by radical Muslims have a more significant profile than the German authorities seem prepared to concede. A study by a commission of independent experts reported 80 percent of the victims surveyed said that their assailant was of Muslim background.

THE NETHERLANDS

A Syrian migrant in Amsterdam attacked a kosher Jewish restaurant in Amsterdam for the second time. Although he was charged in the attack, a judge made a finding of “diminished responsibility.” Previous violent acts by other Muslims have included a fake bomb and graffiti. The owners are frustrated by the lack of effective action by the authorities. A statement released by the police made no mention of antisemitism, simply saying the “investigation into motives is in full swing.”

FRANCE

A police officer who infiltrated Islamist circles stated that no-go zones in France are now foreign enclaves on French territory. The gangs operating there have formed a parallel economy based on drug trafficking; they consider themselves at war with France and with Western civilization.

Today, there are more than 750 no-go zones in France, and police enter them only by carefully preparing commando-like operations beforehand. Gangs and radical imams are totally in control. France’s general population remains under strict lockdown due to COVID19, and police were ordered to enforce the rules strictly. Meanwhile, they have been told by the government not to prevent Muslims from going out, and to avoid going near the ‘no go’ zones or enforcing the rules. The government knows that a large-scale uprising could happen, and that a minor incident might be enough to set the powder keg ablaze. 

The government’s decision appears to have been made to define terrorist attacks as “inexplicable” because they are difficult to explain. It is expressed that they are committed by people who are “depressed.” The no-go zones were treated as time bombs that would eventually explode, but with the explosion delayed a few years.

“Two months of lockdown will lead to an unprecedented economic crisis and probably to a very serious explosion of violence: it is high time to face reality: France is on the brink of chaos,” author Éric Zemmour said on CNews TV.
